So - I have been HORRIBLE about keeping a blog! As you can see, it's been a whole year. That's a bit of a vacation for sure. I have a new mission now that I'm homebound due to my home-based job.
The "You are what you eat project." Somebody (Will) was telling me about a friend of a friend that kept track of everything they ate. I remember doing this in hight school health class, but I can't kepp a diary - I couldn't then! So I'm going to keep a visual diary of everything that I eat throughout the day.
I may be disturbed by my diet by the end of my mission, but I really want to know what I do consume on a regular day. And here I go. I began snapping photos yesterday - so we'll start there...
breakfast - yogurt & banana
snack - handfull of mixed cheese
and after going out for some drinks - a mcribb
